Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with software engineers to design, build, test, and support the ArcGIS Knowledge product
Write conceptual and workflow documentation for knowledge graphs in ArcGIS
Identify user requirements and customer workflows through collaboration with users and industry experts


Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience with the ArcGIS platform or related GIS products
Experience writing technical documentation for commercial software products
Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Data Science, or a related field
Ability to learn and build software products
