  • Job Description: Works with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions. Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care. Provides clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.
    Job Requirements
    • 5 years of experience as an RN required (recent experience must be within the last 3 months)
    • Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume - REQUIRED
    • Must have peds/child/adolescent psych experience listed in resume - REQUIRED
    • Must be willing to float to other units and take charge shifts - REQUIRED
    • Resume with psych experience and age groups listed Ex. Psych RN - Facility - (AGE GROUP/POPULATION) - DATES
    • RTO cannot exceed 7 days
    • Psych skills checklist (within the last year)
    • 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment
    • Certifications - certifications don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain.
      Schedule Information
      • Contract Length: 13 weeks
      • Any scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file.
        Unit Specific Information
        • This is an adult unit - must be comfortable and experienced.
          Additional Details
          • CPI - offered onsite; please confirm at time of submission
          • Driver's license or candidates address must be included in the submission packet (35 miles or less will result in rate decrease)
          • Facility housing offered depending on vacancy. Should the traveler choose to accept facility housing, it will be $300-450 per week depending on which rooms/sizes are available.
