Key Responsibilities

Administer health, dental, vision, life insurance, and other employee benefit programs
Provide guidance on benefits options and eligibility, maintaining leave of absence records

Required Qualifications

Proven work experience as a benefits administrator or similar role
3+ years in benefits management
Knowledge of government regulations related to benefits
