A company is looking for a Sr. Workday Benefits Consultant to provide production support for the Benefits module and other HCM modules.



Key Responsibilities:

Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction
Understand client business requirements and assist with design, configuration, testing, and production efforts
Support clients during Annual Events and maintain project communication with Engagement Managers


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Minimum of two years of experience as a Workday Benefits lead consultant at a Workday partner firm
Experience in Advanced Compensation and/or Recruiting is strongly preferred
Required Workday Partner Certifications: HCM Core, Benefits, and at least one of Advanced Comp, Recruiting, Learning, or Talent/Performance
Experience troubleshooting Workday Security and building custom reports is necessary
