With this in mind, we are looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual who is looking for an expanded scope of responsibility to join our compensation team.The Senior Compensation Analyst's primary objective will be to implement and administer compensation programs for assigned sectors of BAE Systems, Inc.In this role you will: - Provide internal consultant support on compensation matters relating to offers, promotions, terminations, retention, and internal equity and market adjustments;
- Evaluate and approve new jobs submitted by sectors, ensuring FLSA compliance and alignment with the company's compensation and job structure;
- Administer and help coordinate Annual Compensation Planning (ACP), including salary planning, Annual Incentive Plan, and Long-Term Incentive Plans. Assist in modifying and implementing new compensation programs;
- Facilitate analysis and reporting by working with compensation dashboards to identify any trends that should be shared with applicable sector;
- Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive pay information to determine company's competitive position. Includes market data reviews and analysis of merit/equity budgets;
- Participate in Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation and provide ongoing support to manage integrity of the system. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and functionality of all HCM applications;
- Participate in compensation team meetings and projects to facilitate improvements to programs, policies and processes;
- Facilitate compensation program compliance with federal and state legislation (i.e. FLSA, EEO) as well as audit support agencies (i.e. DCAA) and pay equity analysis. Support program proposals and compliance audits. May assist in negotiations with audit agencies to minimize potential compensation related exposure.What you will get:

- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' work experience;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Ability to interpret complex compensation data and present it to coworkers clearly and succinctly;
- Good negotiation skills;
