We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, experienced Maintenance Technician of a 340-unit residential apartment community located in Falls Church, VA (Peachtree of McLean).



Requirements:

• 
  A minimum of three (3) years related experience and/or training in apartment maintenance
  
  
• 
  General knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repair, painting, appliance repair, and turnovers
  
  
• 
  HVAC Certification
  
  
• 
  Ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance
  
  
• 
  Good written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• 
  Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  
  
• 
  Cover on-call emergencies
  
  
• 
  Must have some tools as well as reliable transportation
  
  
• 
  Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred
