The State is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support the creation, management, and improvement of systems documentation. The selected candidate will collaborate with technical experts, including engineers and software developers, to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation that enhances the digital platform experience. This role will require translating complex developer documentation into understandable technical documents for various stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive systems documentation, including source code documentation, user guides, integration guides, computer systems operation manuals, and product specifications. Translate developer documentation into accessible technical documents that can be understood by non-technical audiences. Work closely with engineers, software developers, and other technical experts to ensure accuracy and clarity of information. Analyze business system processes and document findings in an organized and detailed manner. Undertake multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery on tight deadlines. Research and explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Produce high-quality technical writing with strong attention to detail.
