We want you to be curious and ask "what if?"Responsibilities - Analyze, enhance, and support a highly complex, enterprise level PingFederate Single Sign On platform in an AWS cloud hosted environment.
- Collaborate with enterprise identity teams supporting platforms including Microsoft EntraID, AWS Microsoft AD, and Google Cloud Domain Directory.
- Manage enterprise cloud infrastructures in AWS
- Translate business needs into workable technology solutions that meet the needs of internal customers.
- Participate in or lead troubleshooting and incident resolution of complex, high severity incidents
- Develop automated solutions using scripts, pipelines, and cloud based server-less computing platforms
- Develop detailed architecture, standards, design, and implementation documentation
- Analyze the current Authentication Services environment to identify both technical and operational opportunities and develop continuous improvement action plans.
- Participate in disaster recovery, capacity planning, performance monitoring and maintenance to ensure high availability. -Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology -
- At least 1 years of experience with Active Directory, AWS, PingFed, PingID, or GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- At least 1 years of experience with Cloud Infrastructure management -Preferred Qualifications
