Are you a Sr. Property Manager (Commercial) with 7+ years of professional experience managing portfolios of commercial & mixed use real estate properties?   • BA degree in business or related field
  • 7-10+ years experience in commercial property management (multi-site portfolios)
  • Experience managing Class A buildings!
  • Relevant Certifications: Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), LEED AP, LEED Green Associate
  • Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
  • Detail oriented, with strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills and the ability to manage from a holistic perspective
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel) required.
