  • Minimum 2 years of paid tax experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax prep software.
  • Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
  • Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and providing excellent customer service.
  • Excitement for interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. What You Need:
    • Dedicated hardwired internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
    • Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. How you will lead What You Will Do:
      • Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
      • Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
      • Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
