As a Human Resources Generalist in the Supply Chain and Logistics Industry you will be responsible for managing various human resources tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, EEO compliance, and HR reporting. In this role, you will serve as the go-to resource for employees and managers, helping to resolve issues and drive HR initiatives that align with the company's goals. Hybrid work schedule with office located in Innsbrook, Glen Allen, Virginia. - Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, addressing employee concerns and providing guidance on company policies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining up-to-date employee records.
- Manage administering leave of absence programs, including FMLA.
- Support performance management initiatives by guiding managers through employee evaluations, performance improvement plans, and career development programs.
- Lead employee engagement efforts, including organizing company events, recognition programs, and feedback initiatives.
- Generate HR reports and provide insights into HR metrics such as turnover, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Maintain the HRIS to ensure accurate and updated employee data.
- Compile and submit EEO-1 reports and other compliance documentation, while assisting in the development of Affirmative Action PlansRequirements:
