A company is looking for a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.



Key Responsibilities:

Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record behavioral data
Assist in skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures


Required Qualifications:

Current Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
