A company is looking for a Network Operations Engineer II to provide technical support and expertise for network operations.



Key Responsibilities

Provide on-call support to the Network Operations Center (NOC) and resolve complex service issues
Develop and maintain documentation to assist in faster identification and resolution of network troubles
Perform proactive analysis on network data and implement monitoring programs for network performance improvement


Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
3-5 years of related network experience, with 4-6 years in DAS operations and IP networking
Experience supporting Internet Service Providers (ISP) and proven technical leadership in relevant technologies
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) required; Juniper Networks Certified Professional (JNCIP-DC) preferred
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification preferred More...
