The Team Lead, Front Office supports business/clerical work within the practice. Subject matter expert for all front-end operations. Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager to ensure practice is run efficiently and effectively with business operations. Can assume responsibility, leadership and accountability for daily front-end clerical operations to include attending meetings and training for all front-end related work, revise physician schedules, prepare departmental statistics, and other clerical related duties as determined by the practice manager. Educates and supports employees with clerical and front-end process and workflows. Acts as SME for new process rollouts. Performs special work assignments as needed. Supports Practice Manager, Director and other leadership team members as needed. Collaborates with cross-departmental/divisional teams to achieve goals. Takes initiative and implements new processes independently. Acts as a role model for the clerical team and subject matter expert in clerical areas. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. At least 3 years of Customer Service/Medical office experience is required. 2 years of college education or equivalent preferred. 1 year of Supervisory experience preferred.
