- Proven track record as a Service Manager or in a similar role within the heavy equipment or diesel service industry.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy diesel equipment, repair processes, and maintenance best practices.
- CDL Class A or B preferred; candidates must be eligible to obtain a valid CDL and be able to acquire it within six months.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities to inspire, manage, and grow a diverse team.
- Strong capability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in dealer management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Key Responsibilities:
