Data Entry Clerk Job Details:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM
• Pay Rate: $16/hr, paid weekly! Data Entry Clerk Job Description:
  • Accurately input customer orders into the system for production.
  • Prepare Job Packets for manufacturing based on order details.
  • Assist with the creation of Bills of Materials from customer drawings.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for new items and orders.
  • Generate and update Excel reports to track order progress.
  • Communicate with supervisors and customers to resolve any order discrepancies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries over phone and email.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, buyers, and production supervisors to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment.
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning documents, and printing labels. Data Entry Clerk
    • Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.
    • Manufacturing and/or sheet metal experience required.
    • Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to type 50+ WPM with speed and accuracy
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
