- Lead, manage and grow multiple teams software engineers in building services and tools that automate governance and compliance requirements, and lead improving the developer experience
- Work to modernize our existing tech stacks -
- Collaborate with internal teams to find areas of opportunities for automation and machine learning.
- Partner with architects, product owners, and software engineers to drive the implementation of new applications
- Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across the line of business and the enterprise
- Lead efforts to build new and modernize existing applications into AWS environments
- Conduct design and code review to ensure compliance with standards
- Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity
- Create proof of concepts and see through projects through production -Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 9 years of experience in software development
- At least 7 years of experience in developing scalable web applications and architectural standards
- At least 7 years of experience in people management
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud technologies -Preferred Qualifications:
