Key Responsibilities

Oversees complex claims involved in appraisal, arbitration, or mediation
Documents claim files with notes, evaluations, and decision-making processes
Conducts targeted file examinations and calibrations with vendors or staff


Required Qualifications

Must be located in CA, AZ, OR, WA, or NV
3 or more years of experience handling auto liability claims or managing a team of adjusters
4-year Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with specialized claims such as business interruption and loss of income
