A successful candidate will be ready to jump into action, working closely with experts.What you'll do in your role: - Develop, enhance and administer data security compliance programs through partnership and collaboration with business clients and other legal specialists.
- Provide legal advice and strategic guidance on data minimization and security practices.
- Identify and assess potential legal risks related to data management and develop strategies to mitigate them, to the extent applicable.The experience you'll bring:While the quality and accomplishments of a person's career will be the determining factor, the finalist must have the following requisite qualifications:
- A law degree from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- JD with at least three (3) years of experience.
- A solution-oriented attitude, a bias for action, the sophistication to interact with client teams at all levels, and a deep curiosity that drives you to dive into and help solve complex issues.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
