Key Responsibilities

Increase collection of outstanding payments within the personal finance department
Identify accounts with overdue payments and propose solutions to bring loans current
Conduct outbound/inbound calls with clients to resolve debts owed


Required Qualifications

1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections
Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented
