The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize our supply chain processes and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires a strong leader who can collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our supply chain operations. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Lead the development of supply chain strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Assess current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy for the supply chain, focusing on leveraging data to drive actionable insights and decision-making. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to build and maintain a robust data infrastructure, ensuring access to accurate and timely supply chain data. Lead the adoption of best-in-class analytics tools and methodologies, driving a data-driven culture within the supply chain organization. Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain operations, and implement strategies to optimize performance. Lean Continuous Improvement: Champion lean principles and methodologies throughout the supply chain organization, driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence that is executed by front line associates and coached by leadership Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of process improvements, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of supply chain analysts and continuous improvement specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Vendor and Partner Relationships: Collaborate with vendors and external partners to drive collaboration, innovation, and efficiency across the supply chain network.
