A company is looking for a VPS Abstractor (Remote, FT or PT).



Key Responsibilities

Collects and abstracts data from patient medical records related to pediatric PICUs
Ensures accuracy and completeness of abstracted data and adheres to clinical data abstraction guidelines
Participates in quality assurance processes and maintains knowledge of pediatric critical care developments


Required Qualifications

Experience with Virtual Pediatric System abstraction within the last 2 years preferred
Familiarity with medical records and healthcare quality concepts
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
MSN, BSN, or RN preferred
