Key Responsibilities

Design and implement performance improvement projects using statistical tools and methods
Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with leaders and clinicians to develop and monitor intervention plans


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare environment
Current license in the Commonwealth of Virginia if holding a professional RN license
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
