We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our multifamily community, The Grove at Swift Creek. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of properties and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and enhance safety. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and equipment reliability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed. Participate in emergency repairs and after-hours calls as required. What We're Looking For: Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
