Key Responsibilities

Understand and document business requirements and current system states
Create user stories and maintain process flow diagrams for system enhancements
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders while tracking project timelines


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Two years of experience in requirements management
Two years of experience with enterprise systems such as Facets, CCA, or SAP
Familiarity with healthcare environments (Medicaid/Medicare/Marketplace) preferred
