Key Responsibilities

Engage with external auditors and draft technical accounting memos
Oversee the preparation and review of annual reports for compliance with U.S. GAAP
Lead consultations on complex technical accounting matters across business units


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
5-10 years of related experience, including public accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting and reporting issues (FASB, etc.)
