A company is looking for an AVP, Asset Management to assist in managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.



Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned loans, including borrower and lender communication
Analyze property financials and report performance to lenders/investors
Monitor loan-specific events, process construction draws, and provide weekly updates


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience, with 1+ years in a Senior Associate role
Experience in commercial real estate and debt or equity asset management preferred
Proficiency with major property types and advanced CRE principles
