It will include interaction and support from ERG personnel at the federal site and ERG's Chantilly and Arlington offices. Indian Head is approximately 30 miles from Washington, DC, 25 miles from Alexandria, VA, and 60 miles from Fredericksburg, VA. Alternative work schedules may be considered.Job Description: - Developing, updating, and maintaining project and production scheduling tools using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project, including action tracking spreadsheets, deliverable tracking spreadsheets, manufacturing calendars and schedules, program budgets, and staffing plans
- Working with management, engineers, operators, technicians, and vendors to coordinate project and production goals
- Analyzing program budgets and spending plans, addressing concerns, and communicating potential issues to management
- Analyzing and presenting project and manufacturing performance data and conclusions to management
- Scheduling, leading, and assisting project and production planning meetings
- Reviewing, compiling, and distributing documents and status updates to stakeholders
- Ensuring raw materials, intermediates, and products meet necessary quality standards
- Performing other various project support duties as requested by the clientQualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum GPA of 3.0) in an engineering discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated to engage with personnel
- Strong organizational and planning skills, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), meticulous attention to detail, high motivation, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with limited oversight
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance; Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access AuthorizationsIdeal Candidates will have:
