Key Responsibilities

Manage telephone and email inquiries regarding donor eligibility and concerns
Assist with donor investigations and deferral entry into the database
Maintain Blood Services records and ensure compliance with regulations


Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in Science or healthcare preferred
Minimum one year of related customer service experience preferred
Prior medical terminology and medical background experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office applications required
