Housing Program Assistant Job Details:

• Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
• Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr Housing Program Assistant Job Description:
  • Performs routine clerical work including: typing, filing, processing paperwork, etc
  • Responsible for paraprofessional and technical work in all areas of housing policies and eligibility
  • Performs extensive data entry, types correspondence, memoranda, reports, and similar items with some variety and complexity
  • Does related work as required, following established procedures Housing Program Assistant
    • MUST HAVE thorough knowledge of HUD and policies and procedures for HQS Inspections and Occupancy
      • Experience working in public housing/section 8 agency
      • Experience in multi family with HUD experience and understanding would work as well
      • Knowledge of regulations governing Housing Choice Voucher Program.
