• 30+ Offices globallyOur OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Manager for our Construction Consulting Practice in our Alexandria, VA office. In this role, you will work as part of a team that provides advisory services, including, but not limited to, business process improvement and training services.You will be responsible for
  • Growing our Construction Advisory business, focusing on developing, expanding, and managing client relationships
  • Identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities and promoting Exponent's diverse service offerings in collaboration with other consultants in the Natick and Oakland offices and across the firm
  • Participating in the Company's Business Development initiatives
  • Active participation in Industry Associations
  • Project management of client engagements
  • Executing projects and delivering final work products to clients
  • Developing and contributing to the execution of dispute resolution matters
  • Recruiting, developing, and mentoring staff in the area of Construction AdvisoryYou will have the following skills and qualifications
    • Master's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
    • 10-15 years of experience in project/construction management or construction consulting
    • Project site experience and good technical knowledge is desired
    • Experience in business process improvement, training, and project controls services are desired

Exponent's total compensation plan is consistent with its expectations of the quality and quantity of work performed and with the professional standards set by Exponent.
