    Number of Staff - 60-65
    Type of staff:
    Day Shift - 1 Charge, 7 RN, 3 PCT, 1-3 sitters
    Night Shift - 1 Charge, 7 RN, 3 PCT, 1-3 Sitters
    Patient Ratios - 6:1 (low acuity) surge to 7:1 (Rare)
    Type of equipment - Typical
    EMR - Meditech
    
    Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
    Ability to handle 6:1 ratio
    Time management skills

    1 Full assessment, Q8 focused assessment, IV ABX
    Bladder scans, Discharge education, admission assessments
    
    Dress Code:
    Scrub Color - Teal or white
