The Therapist will work in conjunction with other team professionals to provide patient care, provide education for patients and their families, and assist with discharge planning. The Therapist may be asked to assist with orientation/training of new employees or with the supervision of OT/COTA students. Additionally, the Therapist must have the ability to work cooperatively with doctors, other staff members, patients, and their families with dignity, courtesy, and respect. The Therapist must pay close attention to detail and provide superior levels of care.
