GarityAdvantage is based in Norwell, Massachusetts.Job Summary The Agent Success Representative is responsible for supporting the Life Agent Success Manager and Marketer in driving sales and revenue growth for their assigned agents and agencies. This role involves tracking and managing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as phone times, new agent follow-ups, activation rates, and the number of contracted agents. The representative will provide essential support to ensure the success of agents and the organization.Primary Responsibilities: - Assist the Agent Success Manager and Agent Success Marketer in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Provide agents with support services, including running life insurance illustrations, basic case underwriting, and case design.
- Handle agent contracting and internal communication regarding commission levels.
- Make outbound calls to agents for marketing campaigns.
- Communicate with carriers to obtain product information, underwriting guidance, and sales support.
- Deliver marketing and sales assistance to agents and agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and agencies to foster long-term success.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the supported carriers and products, effectively communicating their value.
- Contribute to new product launches and sales process improvements.
- Meet weekly KPIs to align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance company performance.
- Continuously expand industry knowledge.
