Patient Care Ratios: Enjoy 1:1 and 1:2 nurse to patient ratios tailored to the complexity of patient assignments. Provider Coverage: Benefit from round-the-clock in-person provider coverage on the unit, ensuring optimal patient care. Apply now and become a part of our innovative team dedicated to transforming healthcare!Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire:Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligibleLicensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment:Current RN Licensure in Virginia AHA BLS Certification or equivalentExperience REQUIRED:5 years of relevant clinical experience with 2 of those years of progressive leadership and/or supervisory/management experienceExperience PREFERRED:Experience in academic medical center environmentEducation/training REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in nursing.
