We are seeking a passionate and motivated Multisystemic Therapist (MST) to join our Fredericksburg team, helping transform the lives of youth in the delinquency system and their families.Position OverviewAs an MST Therapist, you will work directly with youth involved in criminal activity and their families, providing evidence-based treatment in a home or community setting. Using the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model, you'll blend clinical approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and family therapy to address problematic behaviors and empower caregivers.This role is flexible and dynamic, allowing therapists to schedule sessions around family availability, school meetings, and court hearings.
