Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain monitoring and patching platforms, ensuring they are operational and configured to meet client needs
Integrate tools with other systems and support patch deployment processes across client environments
Document configurations and provide training to internal teams on tool usage and data interpretation


Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing monitoring and patching tools in a multi-tenant environment
Experience with tools such as LogicMonitor, Automox, SCCM, and similar platforms
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and ITIL practices
Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for task automation
