Key Responsibilities

Identify and organize training needs for new employees to ensure quick ramp-up and productivity
Revamp and develop training materials, ensuring they remain relevant and effective

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

3+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in onboarding or customer success
Proven experience and passion for coaching and teaching in a remote setting
