Responsibilities:
--- Develop personalized lesson plans for students based on their skill level and learning goals
--- Conduct individual and group violin lessons to enhance students' musical abilities
--- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their technique and musicality
--- Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and auditions to showcase their progress and talents
--- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress and address any concerns or questions

Qualifications:
--- Proficient in playing the violin with a strong musical background
--- Previous teaching experience, preferably in music education
--- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
--- Ability to work nights and weekends
--- Legally authorized to work in the US
