A company is looking for a Direct Lending Officer responsible for assisting customers with mortgage home loan originations.



Key Responsibilities

Originate mortgage loans meeting credit and underwriting requirements while achieving sales and referral goals
Provide status updates and assist with documentation needed for loan processing and closing
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations while participating in required training


Required Qualifications

1+ year of experience in the Direct to Consumer origination business preferred
Must comply with the SAFE Act requirements upon hiring
Some business/professional experience is ideal
Sales experience preferred but not required
