Overview To provide a variety of administrative support functions within respective Collection unit(s), in support of daily operations. Under supervision, follow processes and procedures to accomplish routine tasks. Receive and respond to inquiries from internal/external sources and/or members to ensure effective, timely and accurate service.Responsibilities - Monitor and field direct Collection phone calls.
- Collect, maintain and distribute reports, correspondence, online messages and faxes.
- Act as liaison between Collection business units in support of operational initiatives.
- Track and update action items in database(s).
- Complete data entry in automated systems.
- Maintain hard copy and/or computer based files and records.
- Operate and maintain vendor check equipment.
- Adhere to policies and procedures regarding handling of financial documents, member info, and physical security.
- Coordinate and complete specific loan adjustment sequences with the Collections' Loan Specialists.
- Participate in projects, including testing of new systems.
- Research for management, which includes simple data gathering and analysis.
- Retrieve and direct after hour voice mail messages for the Collections Division.
- Maintain and stock essential materials and supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications
