Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program aligned with regulatory requirements
Lead relationships with regulatory agencies and oversee compliance for all regulated activities
Identify and mitigate emerging compliance risks and manage incident response for compliance-related events


Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in compliance roles, preferably in fintech, banking, or investment advisory sectors
Expertise in U.S. payments and banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and state money transmission laws
Knowledge of compliance requirements for private securities offerings and broker-dealer activities
Understanding of global data privacy laws and cybersecurity compliance frameworks
