Intake and Marketing Director of Top Rated Senior Home Care AgencyOverview: Visiting Angels is one of the most highly rated home care operators in the US, providing the Activities of Daily Living for the elderly that wish to stay in the comfort of their own home.Job Summary: There are two functions associated with this position. The first is client intake/sales, managing contact with potential clients from initial lead prospecting through the contractual agreement for services being signed. The second area is referral partner marketing, ensuring the company is portrayed as a strategic partner to community referral sources (Home Health, Hospice, Hospitals, GCM's, ALF, and ILFs).Qualifications: This position requires an individual who possesses a strong drive to build relationships, close leads, and increase the agency's client base. A person who cares about providing a high level of service to elderly clients with varying degrees of understanding of what they need in service levels. The individual must understand the health concerns of elderly clients, be able to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision, and possess a high degree of initiative and the ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.Required skills include:

• Verbal: Good communication skills, appropriate language, and an understanding of basic medical terminology must be easily understood when speaking.
• Computer: Must have good computer skills, be able to input data and use various software programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Google, CRM, and other programs that may be introduced to the company. Software training will be provided for proprietary software, but the position requires someone with the ability to learn the technology changes.General Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure all prospects are called back immediately upon reception of a lead and call all recent inquiries weekly to sell services and obtain in-home assessment appointments. Expectation: To ensure at least 50% of the leads we receive close and 90% of the home assessments close.
• Visit clients' homes and discuss all aspects of Visiting Angels' services, focusing on the client's needs, preferences, and caregiver compatibility.
• Create and maintain a client file for all cases with signed contracts, ensuring it is current at all times and that all client paperwork is collected and entered into tracking software.
• Maintain a list of all new clients and track conversion rates, calls, and sources. Complete all follow-up procedures as outlined in the company's policies.
• Work closely with nursing staff to ensure initial assessments are scheduled and prepare binder notebooks for clients' homes with directions and forms for caregivers.
• Prepare discharge paperwork when services end, including a letter to the family and caregiver evaluation survey.
• Attend symposiums and expos to promote services, distribute marketing materials, and keep the company's website updated.Qualifications: Sales experience is required, and experience in Senior Care is a significant plus.Benefits: The position includes a sales commission bonus in addition to a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000. The company does not offer Health Care but does offer a stipend.
