This is an exciting opportunity for a high-energy marketing assistant to join a well-established company in Hampton Roads that has been in business for over 100 Years.



Using your aptitude for MS Office, flair for design and head for numbers you will be responsible for supporting the sales activity by creating exciting and eye catching proposal documents, marketing materials and providing other administrative support to the busy sales team.



This is a very fast paced environment that will require you to be able to think, move and act quickly in order to support multiple sales initiatives at the same time.



Essential Qualities:

- Expert in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- Strong basic math skills.

- Ability to produce high quality work in a fast paced environment.

- Knowledge of website and social media marketing preferred.

- Experience of design programs preferred.
