Key Responsibilities

Initiates phone contact with eligible Medicare patients to enroll them in CCM/RPM programs
Meets or exceeds outbound connect rates and enrollment objectives
Educates eligible patients on the benefits of CCM/RPM programs and obtains their consent for enrollment


Required Qualifications

Dependable with a consistent work ethic and good time management skills
Experience in an outbound call center environment (inside sales)
Comfortable navigating and recording data in computer systems
