Key Responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder alignment and integration of delivery outcomes across the organization
Support risk identification and mitigation, ensuring effective management of potential issues
Analyze the impacts of new operating models on delivery processes and recommend strategic improvements


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational change management
