Key Responsibilities

Lead incident management and drive continuous improvement for operational excellence
Define and measure key performance metrics to drive business-critical outcomes
Develop and maintain operational procedures and proactively manage risks and failures


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
5 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure engineering, or similar roles
At least 2 years of management experience with a proven track record
Experience with Windows and Linux environments, including scripting and database management
