A company is looking for a Quality Manager to oversee construction quality activities for a housing replacement project in Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands.



Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute comprehensive audit activities to ensure compliance across operations
Conduct internal quality audits and manage follow-up activities to maintain quality standards
Lead quality audits and present findings to management, identifying trends for continuous improvement


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Quality discipline, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
12+ years of related work experience in Quality, including 5+ years in a management capacity
Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role is required
Active Construction Quality Management (CQM) USACE certification or ability to quickly recertify is preferred
