A company is looking for a VP, Clinical Biostatistics and Data Management to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for clinical trials.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement biostatistics and data management strategies for clinical development
Build and lead a high-performing clinical biostatistics team through recruitment and mentoring
Oversee statistical analysis plans, clinical trial protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards


Required Qualifications

Ph.D. or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in clinical biostatistics and data management, particularly in small molecule drug development
Proven track record of leading clinical biostatistics teams in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting
Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience with submissions to agencies like FDA and EMA
