Leading Distribution Company is seeking a highly motivated client contact specialist to join their growing team!



This position will be responsible for taking high volume incoming calls, assisting numerous clients and vendors with inquiries, processing purchase orders, shipment returns and resolving service complaints. This person will also be responsible for updating all customers records and assist in creating a customer driven environment.



-Degree preferred

-Computer experience: Word, Excel, 50WPM Typing

-Strong professional communication skills

-Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

-Self Starter who is motivated by a challenge

-Excellent phone Skills, resolving conflict, analyzing information, multi-tasking
